Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Singulari Technologies Inc ("Singulari", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our website and services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Singulari Technologies, Inc. ("Singulari", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation with its registered office at Newark, Delaware, United States.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What Singulari is, and is not
Singulari Technologies, Inc. is a technology company. It is not an insurance company, insurance producer, broker, agent, managing general agent, or reinsurance intermediary, and is not licensed in any jurisdiction to transact insurance business.
Singulari does not underwrite, quote, bind, place, or administer insurance. It does not solicit or negotiate insurance contracts and receives no commission on any policy.
The Singulari platform provides decision-support information to licensed insurance professionals. It does not make underwriting decisions and does not determine coverage, premium, terms, or eligibility. All underwriting decisions are made solely by the licensed carrier or its authorized representative.
3. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
Use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected system
Introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the website's operation
Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract content at a scale that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
Copy, reproduce, or republish substantial portions of the website's content without written permission
We may suspend or restrict access to the website, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
4. Platform access
Nothing on this website grants a right to access the Singulari platform.
Platform access is provided only under a separate written agreement executed between Singulari and the contracting organization. That agreement governs service terms, data handling, security commitments, fees, and the rights and obligations of both parties. Where these website terms conflict with such an agreement, the agreement controls in respect of the platform.
Requesting a walkthrough, submitting a contact form, or corresponding with us does not create a contract, a partnership, or any obligation on either party to enter into one.
5. Informational content only
Content on this website is provided for general information about Singulari and its platform.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, regulatory, actuarial, underwriting, or professional cybersecurity advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment.
Illustrative examples shown on this website — including sample control readings, rule references, mappings between controls and coverage terms, and any depicted risk profiles — are illustrative only. They do not describe any actual insured, submission, policy, or carrier, and they do not represent that any particular output will be produced for any particular risk.
Descriptions of platform functionality reflect the product as of the date shown and may change.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, visual design, data visualizations, the Singulari name, and the Singulari logo — is owned by Singulari Technologies, Inc. or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may view and print pages for your own internal reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this website's content without our prior written permission.
7. Third-party names and links
Product and company names referenced on this website are trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party platform indicates technical interoperability or an integration capability only, and does not imply partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
This website may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Information you send us
If you send us information through a contact form, a walkthrough request, or by email, you confirm that you are authorized to send it and that doing so does not breach any confidentiality obligation you owe to a third party.
Please do not send confidential, personally identifiable, or commercially sensitive information through this website. Where you wish to share a live submission or account data with us, we will agree appropriate confidentiality and data-handling terms in writing first.
We will treat information you send us with reasonable care, but website communications are not a secure channel and we cannot guarantee their confidentiality in transit.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. No warranties
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content on it is complete, current, or accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
Attorney review required on this section.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Singulari Technologies, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version number and effective date at the top of this page indicate the current version. Continued use of the website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law

The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
