Singulari Technologies, Inc. is a technology company.

It is not an insurance company, insurance producer, broker, agent, managing general agent, managing general underwriter, program administrator, or reinsurance intermediary, and it is not licensed in any jurisdiction to transact insurance business.

Singulari does not:

Underwrite, quote, bind, place, or administer insurance
Solicit or negotiate insurance contracts
Hold, exercise, or act under any delegated underwriting or binding authority
Take, assume, or share in any insurance risk
Receive commission, brokerage, or contingent compensation on any policy
Hold client funds or premium

Nothing produced by Singulari constitutes an offer of insurance, a representation that coverage is or will be available, or a commitment by any carrier.

3. Decision-support, not decision-making

The Singulari platform provides decision-support information to licensed insurance professionals.

It does not make underwriting decisions. It does not determine coverage, premium, terms, conditions, sublimits, or eligibility, and it does not recommend that any risk be accepted or declined.

Where the platform identifies that a control gap relates to a particular coverage term, that identification is informational. It surfaces a relationship for a licensed professional to consider. It is not a recommendation as to what that term should be, and it does not set, adjust, or apply any term.

Thresholds, appetite, and the terms that respond to a given gap are configured by the carrier. Singulari ships a standard mapping; the carrier's own standards govern.

All underwriting decisions are made solely by the licensed carrier or its authorized representative.

4. Assessment limitations

The most liability-bearing section on the site. Attorney review required.

Control assessments produced by the Singulari platform reflect information available at the time of assessment, and are subject to the following limitations.

Method is labeled, and the labels mean different things. Each control assessed is labeled by the method that produced the answer:

Verified — read from a system the applicant authorized Singulari to access. Reflects the configuration observable through that system at the time of reading. It does not establish that a control is correctly configured for the applicant's environment, that it is effective, or that it will remain in place.
Attested — self-reported by the applicant and not independently verified by Singulari. Singulari makes no representation as to its accuracy.
Observed — gathered by external scan without credentials. Reflects only what was observable from outside the applicant's network at the time of the scan.

Absence of a finding is not evidence of a control. An external scan that does not identify an exposure has not established that no exposure exists. Absence is reported as absence of evidence, not as presence of a control, and should not be read otherwise.

Assessments are point-in-time. A control set observed on one date may differ from the control set in place on any other date. Where continuous monitoring is enabled, subsequent readings reflect only the times at which they were taken and only the controls readable through the connections in place.

Scope is limited. Singulari assesses the control categories described in its documentation, through the connections the applicant authorizes and the external scan performed. It does not assess every control relevant to every risk, does not perform penetration testing, does not audit, and does not certify compliance with any standard or framework.

Conflicts are retained, not resolved. Where sources disagree, both readings are carried forward. Singulari does not determine which is correct.

No warranty of completeness or effectiveness. Singulari makes no representation or warranty that any assessment is complete or accurate, that any control is correctly configured or effective, that any risk has been fully identified, or that any loss will be prevented, detected, or mitigated.

Assessments are one input among many. They do not replace the judgment of a licensed underwriter, nor the applicant's own responsibility for its security posture.

5. Illustrative content on this website

Examples shown on this website — including sample control readings, device counts, rule references, mappings between control gaps and coverage terms, exposure verdicts, timelines, and depicted risk profiles — are illustrative only.

They do not describe any actual applicant, insured, submission, policy, carrier, or claim. Any resemblance to a real organization is coincidental.

They do not represent that any particular output will be produced for any particular risk, and they should not be relied on as an indication of results.

6. No reliance and no professional advice

Nothing on this website or produced by the Singulari platform constitutes legal, regulatory, actuarial, underwriting, financial, or professional cybersecurity advice.

Singulari's outputs are informational and advisory in nature. They should not be used as the sole basis for any underwriting, coverage, pricing, claims, or risk-management decision, and they do not relieve any party of its own obligations of care, diligence, or professional judgment.

Applicants remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information they provide to an insurer, and for their own security posture. Nothing Singulari produces alters the terms of any insurance contract, any duty of disclosure, or any obligation arising under an insurance policy or applicable law.

7. How AI is used

Singulari uses artificial intelligence where language is the task: reading carrier application forms to extract their question structure, interpreting written applicant responses, and drafting the narrative summary of a completed assessment.

AI is not used in the reasoning path. The mapping from control gap to coverage term is authored by a cyber underwriter and executes deterministically. Identical inputs produce identical outputs, and every output traces to the rule that produced it and the evidence beneath it.

This boundary is deliberate. A carrier remains accountable for decisions informed by a third-party vendor's model, and Singulari is built so that accountability is answerable — rule transparency, model documentation, and a complete audit trail behind every field.

AI-generated narrative content is a summary of results the engine has already produced. It does not itself determine any result. As with any generated text, it should be read alongside the underlying structured output rather than relied on in isolation.

8. Third-party names and integrations

Product and company names referenced by Singulari — including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Vanta, Drata, and JumpCloud — are trademarks of their respective owners.

Reference to any third-party platform indicates technical interoperability only. It does not imply partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or affiliation, and it does not indicate that the third party has reviewed or approved Singulari.

Singulari's connections to third-party systems are read-only and operate only where an applicant has authorized them. Singulari is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or continuity of any third-party system, or for changes a third party makes to its interfaces.

References to carrier application forms are for the purpose of describing what Singulari's mapping was authored against. They do not indicate any relationship with, or endorsement by, the carriers concerned.
